shipping & out of stock orders

Every piece is individually handcrafted in the studio, often in collaboration with local artisans and jewelers.

Shipping time is usually between 3-6 working days depending on location. Remember we do our shipping only on Fridays unless previously agreed upon.

We are currently working to cover a wider range of countries where we can ship at no extra cost for you. Saying this, if your location is still not covered please contact us to give you a quote for shipping cost and estimated time at info@luisarestrepo.com.

If the piece you like is out of stock you can write to us at info@luisarestrepo.com and we will give you an estimated time of production. Production can be from 2 to 6 weeks depending on the piece. We try to deliver as soon as we can, but keep in mind all our work is handmade and some processes take time.
