“Taxonomy and summary of the discarded” dives into the hidden narrative of disposed materials in the creative act, exploring the poetry inherent in what is usually considered insignificant. It is not only an analysis of waste, but an immersion into the parallel story that these unused materials tell and that reveals the latent potential in the discarded. From this perspective, a reflective journey unfolds, one that traces an alternate string in the material and sculptural development, a journey that unwraps in the creative space as a composite of memory and possibility.

The project, conceived to reflect on a creative practice of more than 15 years, proposes to give voice and meaning to the traces left by other creations. The debris, far from being mere remains, stands as a metaphor of both what was created and what is still waiting to be materialized. In this approach, the work not only analyzes the past, but also suggests a potential future latent in what lies in apparent obsolescence.
